Role Overview
Hilson Projects is looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead diverse construction projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for budget management, scheduling, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Prepare progress reports and present to stakeholders
- Manage change orders and project documentation
- Foster positive relationships with clients and team members
Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- PMP certification is an asset
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and budget
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project)
- Strong financial acumen
