Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on our residential and commercial construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate trades
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Monitor project progress and maintain schedule
- Conduct quality control inspections
- Liaise with project managers, architects, and clients
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in construction supervision
- Red Seal carpentry certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of BC Building Code
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
